2. Throw the finished rice into a strainer, and when all the moisture has drained, transfer it to a plate, the rice should cool.
3. In the meantime, cut the peeled and washed strawberries into small slices.
4. Pour the cooled rice with yogurt, add chopped strawberries. Add sugar to taste, you may want to add some vanilla sugar.
5. Now it remains only to mix the boiled rice with yogurt and strawberries, and also decorate the dish on top with fresh berries and, possibly, mint leaves, lemon balm.
