I love making croutons for breakfast. It's simple, fast and versatile. I've already shown you how to make cheese toast, sausage and cheese toast, and even sweet toast, and today I'll show you how to make juicy tomato toast.

You can finish cooking such croutons under the grill in the oven. Or you can just cover the dish with a lid and let the cheese melt. Serve hot toast to your loved ones for breakfast, I'm sure they will be satisfied. To prepare croutons with tomatoes and cheese, it is better to take toast bread.

Croutons with tomatoes and cheese

Ингредиенты

White bread - 4 slices

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Milk - 30 ml

Cheese - 50 g

Tomato - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Salt - to taste

1. Break eggs into a bowl, salt them and add milk. Whisk with a fork.

2. Dip the bread into the egg mixture. Fry the toast in a hot pan with butter, on both sides.

3. While the croutons are fried, cut the tomato into slices.

4. If you bake croutons in the oven, you need to transfer them to a baking sheet.

5. Arrange the tomato on top.

6. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

7. Put the croutons with tomatoes and cheese under the grill for a couple of minutes.
