Quiche with tuna, tomatoes and broccoli

The basis for the quiche is made from both shortbread and puff pastry, and various vegetables, fish or meat are used as fillings, the choice of which is limited only by your imagination and taste preferences. The main element of quiche is milk filling. Kish is served both hot and cold, for breakfast with a cup of fragrant tea, or for lunch with a vegetable salad. I want to share with you one of my favorite quiche options, with tuna, tomatoes and broccoli.

Ингредиенты

For test:

Flour - 200 grams;

Butter - 100 grams;

Egg - 1 pc;

Milk - 3-4 tablespoons;

Salt - a pinch.

For filling:

Cream cheese - 150 grams;

Canned tuna - 1 can;

Broccoli - 100 grams;

Tomatoes - 2-3 pieces;

Green onions - 2-3 sprigs.

For filling:

Milk (cream) - 250 grams;

Hard cheese - 50 grams;

Egg - 2 pcs;

Flour - 1 tbsp;

Provence herbs - 0.5 tsp;

Salt, freshly ground black pepper - to taste.

1. Prepare the dough. Chop flour with butter.

2. Add egg, salt and milk, quickly knead the dough.

3. Distribute the dough in a baking dish, forming the sides. Prick the dough with a fork.

4. For the filling, mash the tuna with a fork, mix with cream cheese.

5. Put the tuna with cream cheese in the first layer on the dough.

6. Put the broccoli florets in the next layer. If the broccoli is frozen, then it is enough to defrost it. If fresh, then it must be blanched in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.

7. Cut the tomatoes into slices, finely chop the green onion, put on top of the broccoli.

8. For pouring, beat milk with eggs, flour, salt, black pepper, Provence herbs.

9. Add grated cheese.

10. Pour the filling over the vegetables.

11. Bake quiche with tuna, tomatoes and broccoli for 30-40 minutes at 200 C. Focus on your oven!
