2. Put the washed greens in the blender bowl. Pour 130 ml of water there and beat it all well until a homogeneous consistency. Whipping time depends on the power of your blender. The better you grind, the more benefits you can extract from plants. At the same time, regardless of the power of the blender, I recommend whipping the cocktail for at least a minute.
3. Then we peel the orange and be sure to remove the bones, if any. Put the orange in the blender bowl and beat again. The sweeter the orange, the sweeter your smoothie will be.
4. Now it's the banana's turn. Put it in a blender and beat. And just like with an orange, the riper you choose the banana, the sweeter your smoothie will be. This time, unfortunately, I found only not very ripe bananas.
5. This is the smoothie consistency I got. But now it makes sense to taste it and look at the texture. Are you satisfied with everything? If too thick, add water. If it’s not very sweet, then you can add another banana, and water, of course (otherwise it will turn out very thick).
6. Well, if everything suits you, then the gout and nettle smoothie is ready. Pour into a glass and drink to your health! Use immediately, you can not store such smoothies!
