1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl - flour, salt, cocoa, soda, baking powder. It is best to sift flour and cocoa to saturate with air.

2. In a separate container, mix sugar, coffee, water, vegetable oil and wine vinegar. Wine vinegar can be replaced with lemon juice. Stir to dissolve sugar and coffee. It's okay if some of the sugar remains grains.

3. Then mix everything together - dry and liquid components.

4. For some reason, this time the dough turned out to be thicker, so next time I would reduce the amount of flour by 1-2 tablespoons.

5. Pour the batter into a cake pan lined with parchment paper.

6. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Willingness to check with a splinter. Cool the finished cake in the form, and then remove it, freeing it from parchment

7. For decoration, chop nuts and chocolate.
