1. To cook cabbage soup with sausages and fresh cabbage, prepare all the ingredients according to the list. Wash and clean vegetables.
2. In a pot of filtered water, transfer the potatoes, cut into medium-sized pieces. Boil the potatoes over medium heat for 5 minutes after the water boils. During the cooking of potatoes, it will be necessary to remove the resulting foam.
3. Then add finely chopped cabbage and bell pepper to the pan. Cook cabbage soup, covering the pan with a lid, for another 5 minutes.
4. During this time, fry finely chopped onions and carrots grated on a coarse grater in a hot pan with vegetable oil. The roast is ready when the vegetables are lightly browned.
5. Add the frying, tomato paste and garlic grated on a fine grater to the pan.
6. Cut the sausages into thin circles, add finely chopped fresh herbs to the pan. With the lid closed, cook the soup for another 5 minutes. At the very end, when all the vegetables are ready, salt and pepper the soup to taste.
