There are a lot of pudding recipes and each of them is good in its own way. For lovers of apple desserts and pastries, I propose to cook the most delicate apple pudding, vaguely reminiscent of charlotte.
To prepare apple pudding, we need apples, eggs, milk, sugar, flour, butter, salt and soda.

Wheat flour - 100 g
Milk - 130 ml
Sugar - 130 g
Butter (50 g for the dough, 50 g for stewing apples, 20 g for greasing) - 120 g

Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt - a pinch

1. We clean the apples from the skin and seeds, cut them into large slices.
2. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the apples until soft.
3. Warm the milk slightly, mix with sugar, flour, salt, butter. We extinguish the soda with lemon juice.
4. Beat the eggs separately, add them to the total mass and mix well.
5. Lubricate the form with butter, sprinkle with semolina or breadcrumbs, spread the fried apples and pour the liquid mass.
6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the pudding for 30 minutes. Let it cool down completely.
