I have always thought that tiramisu cream is an integral part of this dessert, but in Italy I discovered that this cream is also a dessert in itself. Once having prepared this cream, I began to serve it not only as part of the tiramisu dessert, but simply as a dessert after a gala dinner.
It only takes a few ingredients and a good mixer to make your own mascarpone tiramisu cream at home.

Mascarpone cheese - 250 g
Cream 33% - 170 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp

1. First of all, we divide the chicken eggs into yolks and proteins.
2. Beat the whites into foam until stable peaks with a pinch of salt. Add icing sugar to the yolks and also beat the yolks for 4-5 minutes until they brighten.
3. Whip cream with a fat content of at least 30% with a mixer for 5-7 minutes until thick.
4. In a bowl, put the Mascarpone cheese, cream, whipped yolks with powdered sugar and mix the ingredients with a spatula.
5. Add whipped proteins to the cream in three doses, gently mixing them with the rest of the ingredients.
6. That's it, our tiramisu cream is ready. Now we send it to the refrigerator for at least an hour, put it in glasses or portion molds and serve it as a separate dessert or use it in the preparation of the Tiramisu dessert.
