Chinese chicken with vegetables

Chinese style chicken garnished with pak choi, leafy vegetables and radishes.

Chinese-style chicken can be easily cooked at home, especially now it is not a problem to buy the necessary ingredients in any store. The chicken turns out to be very tasty, juicy, with Chinese flavor and aroma.

Ингредиенты

chicken fillet - 1 pc;

vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;

fresh ginger - 1-2 cm;

garlic - 2 cloves;

hot pepper - 0.5 pcs;

For sauce:

fresh grated ginger - 1 tsp;

chopped garlic - 1 tsp;

powdered sugar - 2 tsp;

soy sauce - 5 tbsp;

lime juice - from 0.5 pcs;

For garnish:

pak choi cabbage - 1-2 pcs;

leafy vegetables - 100 grams;

radish - 1 pc;

vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

1. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and lightly fry the chicken fillet on it. Fry over high heat so that the fillet quickly acquires a ruddy and at the same time retains juiciness.

2. Then transfer the pan with chicken fillet to a hot oven and bring it to full readiness at a temperature of 180 degrees.

3. While the chicken is in the oven, you can do the sauce and garnish. Prepare fresh ginger, fresh hot peppers, garlic.

4. Take a wok pan, pour vegetable oil into it, add grated ginger, finely chopped garlic and finely chopped hot pepper.

5. Prepare pak choi. Rinse thoroughly under running cold water.

6. Cut the washed and slightly dried cabbage lengthwise.

7. Pak choi, along with other leafy vegetables and radishes, add to the wok.

8. Fry for 3 minutes, stirring all the time so that nothing burns.

9. Prepare the sauce. To do this, put grated fresh ginger, powdered sugar and lemon zest in a ladle.

10. Add soy sauce, lime juice and fresh lime slices. Bring the sauce to a boil, boil for 1 minute and turn off the heat. The sauce is ready.

11. Remove the finished chicken fillet from the oven.

12. Put the chicken fillet on the board and cut into pieces.

13. Put the finished leafy vegetables out of the wok onto a dish.

14. Add pieces of chicken fillet to vegetables, pour sauce on top and serve. Add cilantro and lime slices.
