Carp shish kebab

A quick option for cooking carp barbecue on the grill.

Fish is the main source of phosphorus. Your nervous system will be grateful if you include fish in your diet at least twice a week. I am a fan of fish dishes and today instead of meat kebab I decided to bake carp on the grill. Carp shish kebab is a tasty picnic dish.

Charcoal carp turns out to be almost dietary and not as greasy as with regular frying in a pan. Why do I choose carp for barbecue, and not other more noble sturgeon fish. As for the "garlic": I am completely satisfied with the price of this fish, and the carcass is not particularly bony, not dry and cooks quickly.

Carp - 2 kg

Salt - 1 tbsp.

Lemon - 1 pc.

1. I am preparing at home. I gut the fish and cut into medium-thick steaks. I don't need a head and tail. I put the fish in a container with ice. An hour later, in the country, we fry our favorite fish kebab.

2. There are hot coals in the barbecue. All this is being done very quickly. Ready-made coals are sold in the supermarket. They need to be set on fire and allowed to burn properly. Place carp steaks on a wire rack. We clamp the grid on both sides. We send to the grill.

3. Salt the pieces first on one side right on the grill. We are not afraid to overdo it. The fish will not take the extra salt.

4. Immediately pour lemon juice straight from the lemon. Quickly turn over, salt and pour lemon on the other side.

5. We fry carp on hot coals for no more than 10 minutes. Turn over three times.

6. Ruddy carp skewers are ready. Everything is simple, tasty and fast. Happy fish picnic!
