Chicken with bright vegetables, fragrant spices, garlic and herbs is a dish that can also be served at a festive event. Any part of the chicken is suitable for chakhokhbili, this time I took the drumstick. I like to make the dish a little spicy, I added chili paste, you can use chili or dry red pepper.

Chicken - 350 g

Tomato - 1 pc.

Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.

Onion - 1 pc.

Garlic - 2 cloves

Greens (parsley, dill, cilantro) - 2 g

Suneli hops - 1 tsp

Paprika - 0.5 tsp

Tomato paste - 0.5 tbsp.

1. Tomato paste is an optional element, I add store-bought tomatoes.

2. Set the cauldron on the fire, heat the oil in it. Cut the chicken into pieces. Put in a cauldron.

3. Fry for 7-10 minutes.

4. Cut the onion into half rings.

5. Send the bow to the cauldron. Mix.

6. Cut the pepper into strips.

7. Transfer to a cauldron.

8. Cut the tomato into cubes. You can remove the skin in advance by dousing the tomato with boiling water.

9. Add to the cauldron. Stir and cook covered for 7-10 minutes.

10. Finely chop the greens and garlic.

11. Combine tomato paste, herbs, spices and salt to taste.

12. Rub with a spoon, add black pepper to taste.

13. Add seasoning to the cauldron.

14. Stir, remove from heat after a minute or two.
