Vegetarian hot chocolate smoothie is a cross between breakfast, drink and dessert. Made from natural ingredients, this smoothie is not only tasty, but also a healthy treat. Its composition is simple and versatile and will appeal to both vegetarians and connoisseurs of tasty and healthy food.

Neutral in taste, avocado gives the drink a creamy, soft and silky texture. Complemented with cocoa, spices, seeds, nut or soy milk, this smoothie is a storehouse of natural and essential vitamins and minerals for the body.

Avocado - 1 pc.

Oatmeal - 3 tbsp

Ground cinnamon - to taste

Cocoa - 2-3 tsp (taste)

Flax seeds - 1 tbsp.

Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp

Dark chocolate - 25-50 g (to taste)

Honey or other natural sweetener - to taste

1. Basic smoothie ingredients: avocado, oatmeal, a little cocoa and ground cinnamon. Ripe bananas can be used instead of avocados.

2. Milk, seeds and sweeteners can be chosen according to taste. If, in addition, there is some high-quality natural chocolate - add it, the aroma will be fantastic!

3. Place the peeled ripe avocado in the blender bowl. Add cocoa, oatmeal, ground cinnamon and other ingredients to taste. I add 1 tbsp. flax and sesame seeds.

4. Grind the ingredients for a few minutes.

5. Heat the milk until warm. With prolonged exposure to high temperatures, avocado fruits may begin to taste bitter. Therefore, if you have heated or boiled milk, cool it a little before using it so as not to spoil the taste of the drink and preserve all the beneficial properties of its components.

6. Turn off the heat and add ground spices, chocolate and sweetener to taste (I used honey) to the milk. stir

7. Gradually, while continuing to beat, pour milk into the blender bowl. The consistency of the drink can be chosen to taste.

8. The finished smoothie can be served immediately or garnished by sprinkling with a pinch of nuts, grated chocolate, adding a cap of coconut cream.
