Cooked with the addition of a small amount of fruit, spices and milk, baked in the oven until caramelized, oatmeal porridge turns out to be appetizing and delicate in taste and looks like a real pie or casserole. The neutral taste of oatmeal porridge allows you to boldly experiment with spices and toppings, add fresh or frozen berries, seasonal fruits, nuts and dried fruits to your taste. Oatmeal "Hercules" - 2 cups (250 ml)
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Milk - 375 ml (1.5 cups)
Banana - 2-3 pcs. (or fruit to taste)
Egg white - 2 pcs.
Dates - 10-12 pcs. (or dried fruits to taste)
Nuts - 1 handful
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp. (optional)
Salt - 1 pinch
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 1 tsp (for lubrication of the form)

1. Combine dry ingredients: oatmeal, vanilla sugar, ground cinnamon, salt and baking powder. Mix well.
2. Grind 1 ripe banana until pureed.
3. Add milk, 2 egg whites and 2-3 tbsp. sugar (optional). Mix the components until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
4. Mix dry and liquid ingredients. Add finely chopped nuts and dates or pieces of fruit, berries or dried fruits to your liking. Mix well.
5. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and place a sliced banana on the bottom of the form.
6. Add the prepared mixture and smooth evenly. Add a few more banana slices if you like. Fruit pieces can also be simply mixed into the cereal and milk mixture. Place the mixture in an oven preheated to 175 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes.
7. Then sprinkle the porridge with a thin layer of sugar and place in the upper third of the oven for another 2-3 minutes, so that the sugar melts and slightly caramelizes.
