1. First of all, you need to put a dough. Mix yeast with flour and sugar.

2. Pour warm milk, mix.

3. Cover and put in heat until the dough rises with a "cap".

4. Add milk, soft butter, salt and flour to the dough. Knead soft elastic dough.

5. Cover and remove to approach.

6. Knead once and let go again.

7. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out each into a rectangular layer.

8. Divide each rectangle into 8 parts.

9. Dipping a piece of dough in melted butter, put in a bread pan.

10. Cover for 5-10 minutes.

11. Bake Italian bread at 200-220 degrees until done, about 30-40 minutes.

12. Cool on a wire rack.
