Mushroom salad with chicken

The combination of chicken and mushrooms is often found in salad recipes.

This is really a good classic combination, many people like it, such salads always turn out hearty and delicious at home. I added eggs and green peas to these two ingredients - the salad turned out great! I think you will like it too

Champignon mushrooms - 200 g

Vegetable oil for frying mushrooms - 5 tbsp. l.

Frozen green peas - 100 g

Chicken egg - 3 pcs.

Chicken (leg) - 1 pc. or 200 g already disassembled;

Mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp. l.

Salt - to taste

1. Prepare champignons and vegetable oil for frying them, green peas (canned or frozen, I have frozen), eggs, boil chicken breast or leg. For dressing, prepare mayonnaise, salt.

2. For this salad, do not cut the chicken meat, but disassemble it into fibers. I used a leg (I removed the skin, the bones are natural too, you can also take the breast. Peel the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.

3. Fry the mushrooms, salting at the beginning, in vegetable oil, until they begin to fry, and boil the peas in salt water for about 5 minutes. Pour the peas with cold water and dry. Cool the mushrooms.

4. Combine eggs (cubes) with chicken meat.

5. Add mushrooms, peas, some salt and mayonnaise.

6. Mix the salad and refrigerate for 30 minutes to cool and soak.

7. Serve mushroom salad with chicken simply in a salad bowl or, if you are preparing it for a festive table, give it a solemn look by decorating as desired. Enjoy your meal!!!
