If you really want, you can cook kebab in the microwave! I cook with pork, but any meat can be used.

Pork - 400 g

Onion - 1 pc.

Garlic - 1 pc.

Yogurt - 1 tbsp

cilantro - 2 sprigs

Tomato paste - 1 g

Salt, pepper - to taste

1. Peel the onion and garlic, cut the onion so that the pieces are convenient for processing with a chopper or immersion blender.

2. Grind onion, garlic, yogurt, tomato paste, cilantro, pepper and salt into a pulp.

3. Mix the minced meat with seasonings very well to get a dense mass.

4. Divide the minced meat into 3-4 parts.

5. Form a sausage from each part.

6. Pierce each piece with a WOODEN skewer. The shape of the lula kebab will be more attractive if you can find a deep microwave dish in which the kebabs will be suspended.

7. Cook the lula kebab in the microwave at 800W for about 10 minutes (until the liquid starts to brown and the cooking liquid boils off). To keep the microwave oven clean, you can use a special bag or dome cover.

8. You can serve kebab with fresh vegetables and sauce.
