The entire preparation of the salad will take you less than 20 minutes, which is especially valuable after a long working day, when you don’t want to stand at the stove for too long, but want something unusual, but tasty and satisfying.

To prepare a salad with seaweed, mushrooms and an egg, prepare the products according to the list. Peel vegetables, wash and dry. Drain the marinade from the cabbage, squeeze it well.

Marinated seaweed - 150 g

Champignons - 6-8 pcs.

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

White onion - 1 pc.

Small carrot - 1 pc.

Celery - 1-2 stalks

Pepper - taste

Mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp.

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Рецепт

1. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion cut into half rings until soft, add carrots.

2. When the carrots are soft, add the chopped petiole celery.

3. Immediately add chopped mushrooms with celery. As soon as the mushrooms start juice, remove the vegetables from the stove, cool slightly. The celery should stay crisp.

4. Put the fried vegetables in a deep bowl, add pickled seaweed and finely chopped boiled egg. Pepper to taste.

5. Dress the salad with mayonnaise and you can serve.
