It's not a secret for anyone that all dishes of oriental cuisine are distinguished by their satiety and high content of spices, as well as taste and color from the dishes of other countries. I propose to cook a delicious turkey azu. Preparing it is quite simple, especially when a slow cooker comes to the rescue, the ingredients are all available, but the taste is amazing: juicy pieces of meat in a fragrant vegetable sauce, with tender pieces of potatoes. I believe that everyone should try the azu from turkey.

2. I used a large turkey thigh, but any other part can be substituted. Wash the turkey, remove the skin, remove the film, remove from the bone and cut into small pieces. Heat up the multicooker bowl, pour in 1-2 tbsp. vegetable oil and lay out the turkey.
3. Stirring occasionally, fry until golden brown. You don't need to bring it to readiness. Put the meat in a bowl.
4. And pour potatoes into the bowl. It must be washed, peeled and cut into large pieces. If you are using small potatoes, you do not need to cut them.
5. Salt the potatoes, season with spices and fry until golden brown. Put it in a bowl.
6. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl and add chopped onion.
7. Next, send chopped carrots into strips. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
8. Add chopped pickled cucumbers into strips and mix.
9. Wash sweet pepper, remove seeds and stalk, cut into small cubes and put in a bowl.
10. Mix everything again.
11. Then add the tomato paste.
12. Next, pour in the tomato. To do this, twist the tomatoes with a meat grinder or blender.
13. Add salt, spices and mix thoroughly.
14. Switch the multicooker from the "Frying" function to the "Extinguishing" function. Leave for 5 minutes. Then put the fried turkey meat into the bowl.
15. Immediately put the chopped garlic.
16. Pour in the broth. You can use any: turkey, chicken or vegetable.
17. Close the lid and continue simmering for 15-20 minutes.
18. Then put the potatoes in the slow cooker. Continue simmering for another 10 minutes.
19. At the end of cooking, mix the whole mass and arrange on plates.
20. Before serving, be sure to sprinkle the basics with chopped herbs.
