Ham - 200 g

fresh cucumber - 150 g

Eggs - 3 pcs.

Sour cream - 2 tbsp.

Parsley - 0.5 bunch

Salt, pepper - to taste

1. The longest thing in this salad is hard boiled eggs (about 11-13 minutes). After this time, the eggs will need to be tapped on a hard surface to break the shell on all sides, let them soak in cold water, and then peel.

2. In the meantime, eggs are being boiled there, we will just have time to prepare all the other ingredients. Cut the ham into small cubes.

3. Cucumber cut into small cubes.

4. We remove hard branches from parsley, cut them somehow.

5. Drain the liquid from the beans.

6. Cut the eggs into small cubes.

7. We combine all the ingredients, season the salad with beans, eggs and ham, sour cream, salt and pepper. We stir.
