Chopped cutlets can be prepared not only from meat. For example, from the liver it will also be possible to create this dish. Any kind of liver is suitable for this, in the recipe we use beef liver. In order for the offal to be well cut into small pieces, it must first be frozen so that it becomes harder. For the aroma and juiciness of cutlets, add fresh onions to the liver, to fasten all the ingredients - eggs and flour. Chopped beef liver cutlets will turn out soft and tender if sour cream is included in the ingredients.

Beef liver - 400 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour - 2-3 tbsp.
Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
Onion - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 80 ml
Salt, pepper - to taste

1. Wash the liver, remove the film, cut the offal into small cubes, place in a deep plate.
2. Remove the husk from the onion head, cut the vegetable into small squares, add to the liver, mix well.
3. Beat in one egg, mix it with pieces of liver by stirring.
4. Add sour cream, add wheat flour.
5. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, getting a thick mass, season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for several hours to soak.
6. After a while, put the pan on the fire, pour in the oil. In a well-heated oil, lay the blanks from the liver mass using a tablespoon. Fry the patties over moderate heat for 3-5 minutes on each side. Cooking time depends on the size and thickness of the patties.
7. Put the cutlets on a plate lined with a napkin to remove excess oil.
8. Serve chopped beef liver cutlets on the table with a side dish or vegetable salad.
