Cooking these gingerbread cookies is simple and quick, only the dough should stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours - well, let it be worth it, nothing is required of us! Soft and very chocolatey, tasty and with beautiful cracks. Regretted that I made half a serving. To prepare gingerbread with chocolate, you must definitely take good quality chocolate, I have bitter chocolate.

Butter - 40 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Wheat flour - 110 g
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
Dark chocolate - 90 g
Sugar - 60 g
Baking powder - 1/3 tsp
Powdered sugar - for sprinkling

1. Melt chocolate with butter in a water bath or in a microwave.
2. In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, flour and baking powder.
3. Beat the egg with sugar until white foam.
4. Add the cooled chocolate butter to the egg mixture. Mix with a spatula.
5. Pour dry ingredients. Mix. Cover the dough and refrigerate for 2 hours.
6. Form medium-sized balls from the dough with your hands, roll in powdered sugar. Place on a baking sheet lined with silicone mat or lined with baking paper. Press down a little on top with a glass.
7. Bake gingerbread with chocolate at a temperature of 165 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cracks should form, and the dough inside will look like raw - as it should be.
