Wheat flour - 300 g
Butter (cold) - 130 g

1. In the sifted flour, add sugar and cold butter, grated or cut into small pieces.
2. Quickly rub the contents of the container with your hands to fine crumbs.
3. Cover a detachable baking dish with a diameter of 24 cm with baking paper. Pour 2/3 of the resulting crumb into it, tightly tamp it with your hands. There is no need to make sides in this pie. We remove the form in the refrigerator and take on the preparation of the filling.
4. Pour milk into the pan, add sugar and butter. Bring to a boil, stirring from time to time.
5. Remove the pan from the stove, pour poppy seeds and semolina into it, mix and let it brew for 10 minutes.
6. During this time, you will need to mix the mixture 2 more times.
7. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, beat in the egg, pour in the vanillin (at the tip of the knife).
8. Grind with an immersion blender until smooth.
9. We combine the curd mass with poppy seeds, mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
10. We take out the form with the cake from the refrigerator, distribute the filling evenly.
11. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top. We put the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, on the middle shelf. We bake for an hour.
