The fillings can be both meat and vegetable, the filling is always sour cream. Today I am cooking with a classic filling - chicken and champignons. There are two filling options for Laurent pie: with cream and cheese or sour cream + eggs + cheese, I prefer to cook with eggs. To prepare the Laurent Chicken and Mushroom Pie, prepare the ingredients according to the list.

Dough:
Butter - 150 g
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Salt - 1 pinch
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Filling:
Chicken fillet - 400 g
Champignon mushrooms - 200 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Refined sunflower oil - 50 ml
Ground black pepper and salt - to taste
Fill:
Tomatoes - 100 g
Champignon mushrooms - 2 pcs.
Sour cream - 1 cup
Hard cheese - 100 g
Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.

1. Mix soft butter with egg and salt.
2. Gradually add flour to the egg-butter mass and knead the dough. While we prepare the filling, we remove the dough in the refrigerator.
3. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Fry in oil over low heat.
4. At the end of frying, add chopped mushrooms and diced onions. At the end of frying meat with mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Roll out the dough into a circle according to the size of the mold, put it in a mold covered with paper, so it will be easier to get the cake out of the mold if it is not detachable. The size of my form is 26 cm.
6. For pouring, mix sour cream and eggs thoroughly.
7. Add grated cheese, mix again.
8. Put the filling on the dough.
9. Fill the filling with sour cream and cheese filling.
10. Decorate the pie with slices of tomatoes and champignons.
11. Bake Laurent pie with chicken and mushrooms in a preheated oven at t 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes, focus on your oven.
