4. Chop the dill, add to the vegetables, gently mix the contents of the saucepan, set aside for about an hour. During this time, cucumbers should release juice. Stir occasionally to make it happen faster.

5. Pour in the oil, put the saucepan on a quiet fire, stir and cook the salad for about 10-12 minutes.

6. When the cucumbers change color, pour in the vinegar, mix for the last time.

7. Arrange the salad in sterile jars, tighten the lids, turn upside down and leave under something warm until completely cool. Option 2 - spread the raw salad in sterile jars, cover with lids, put in a saucepan with water and sterilize for 10 minutes, and then twist and wrap.

8. Latgale cucumber salad for the winter is ready! Excellent preparation. Store lettuce in a cool, dark place.
