Sour cream - 100 g

Sugar - 50 g

Water - 50 ml.

Gelatin - 1 tbsp.

Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp

2. After 5 minutes, place the gelatin in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Make sure that the gelatin does not boil and does not lose its properties. Or dissolve in a water bath.

3. Pour kefir, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and dissolved gelatin into a bowl for whipping.

4. Beat until the sugar is completely dissolved.

5. We continue to beat until abundant foam.

6. Pour the kefir soufflé into glasses and put in the refrigerator until it hardens. After 2-3 hours, the dessert froze. You can decorate it with berries.
