Today I want to share with you a recipe for a very simple and delicious chocolate icing for cupcakes. The icing prepared according to this recipe is a real lifesaver in the kitchen - does not require cooking, consists of a minimum number of components and is prepared in just a few minutes.

Such chocolate icing is great for decorating cupcakes and muffins, as it turns out to be viscous and obedient, easily retains a given shape and has a rich chocolate flavor that perfectly sets off and emphasizes the taste of any pastry. Try it!

Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp

Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp.

Starch - 1 tbsp. (without slide)

Chilled water - 3-4 tbsp. (of necessity)

7. In order to make the icing a little more liquid - just add a little more cold water (I add 0.5 tablespoons) and mix everything well again.
