Canned cod liver salad with eggs

This salad with cod liver is simply made for the New Year's holiday table and not only.

I propose to cook the familiar and beloved cod liver salad. In addition to the traditional ingredients of cod liver, eggs and mayonnaise (although many people cook from these 3 ingredients), I supplemented it with rice, someone added boiled potatoes instead of rice. To prepare the salad, we need a jar of cod liver, boiled eggs and boiled rice, green onions and mayonnaise. Salad is better not to salt, for my taste there is enough salt in the liver and mayonnaise.

Ингредиенты

Boiled rice - 1 cup

Cod liver - 1 jar

Green onion - 1 bunch

Boiled eggs - 3 pcs.

Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.

Рецепт

1. Finely chop the green onion.

2. Boiled eggs cut into small cubes.

3. Drain the oil from the cod liver and mash the liver itself with a fork.

4. Mix boiled rice, eggs, green onions, cod liver and season with mayonnaise and mix.

5. For serving, I use a serving ring. Put the salad in it and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

6. Remove the ring and decorate the canned cod liver salad with eggs to your taste, for example, fresh herbs.
