I often cook champignon skewers in the oven on skewers, because, in principle, I love mushrooms in any form, and also because they turn out to be simply unrealistically tasty and juicy. Every time I experiment with marinade, I often prefer soy sauce and spices, sometimes I marinate in mayonnaise or sour cream with spices, garlic. With lemon juice and mustard, it also turns out delicious. Well, spices and herbs are used in a variety of ways. I almost always use ground coriander.
Mushrooms for baking, it is desirable to choose the same size and not very large.

Champignons - 15-20 pcs.
Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
Ground coriander - 1/5 tsp
Ground paprika - 1/5 tsp
Garlic cloves - 2-3 pcs.

1. It is most convenient to pickle mushrooms in a deep bowl or in a bag. Before "loading" the mushrooms must be thoroughly washed.
2. Add ground paprika and ground coriander to the bag.
3. Now you need to pour in the soy sauce. Of course, the package must be sealed. And the sauce is suitable for classic or with additives (mushroom, ginger, garlic, lime).
4. Peel the garlic cloves. Cut into slices and send to the mushrooms.
5. Tie the bag in a knot, after releasing the air. Put the mushrooms in another bag, then shake everything well. Leave to marinate for an hour.
6. Thread the mushrooms onto wooden skewers - they can be pre-soaked in water. This will prevent the skewers from burning. However, I have never had such situations, so I do not soak them.
7. Send the blanks to an oven preheated to 180 degrees. After 15 minutes, the mushroom skewers on skewers will be ready.
8. Serve directly on skewers, or transfer the mushrooms to a plate.
