The tastiest buckwheat porridge is obtained with meat, but if it is also supplemented with mushrooms, you will get a culinary masterpiece. I propose to cook a simple dish that you can feed the whole family - buckwheat with meat and mushrooms in a slow cooker. We will prepare the products according to the list.

Ингредиенты

Buckwheat - 300 g

Meat (I have chicken fillet) - 300 g

Mushrooms (I have mushrooms) - 200-300 g

Onion - 150 g

Broth or water - 500 ml

Vegetable oil (refined) - 4-5 tbsp.

Salt - to taste

Pepper h.m. - to taste

1. Wash chicken fillet, dry and cut into small pieces.

2. If you have large and medium mushrooms, then cut them into slices. I have boiled and frozen forest mushrooms. I thawed them beforehand.

3. Onions can be cut into small cubes or quarter rings.

4. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and heat it by setting the “Frying” program. Then spread the mushrooms, fry for 2-3 minutes.

5. Pour the chopped onion into the multicooker bowl, mix and fry for 2-3 minutes.

6. Add meat. We fry for 8-10 minutes.

7. We wash the buckwheat and put it in a bowl. Add salt, pepper. Pour in broth or water and stir. We set the program "Rice / Cereals" and cook until the end of the program.

8. Delicious crumbly buckwheat with meat and mushrooms in a slow cooker is ready. It remains to spread it on plates and serve. Bon appetit!
