Sugar - 250 g
Flour - 450 g
Chicken eggs - 5 pcs.
Lemon - 1 pc.
Orange - 1 pc.
Milk - 3 tablespoons
Soda - 0.5 tsp
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil - 65 ml
Salt - a pinch
Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp (for sprinkling)

1. Sift flour into a bowl and add sugar.
2. Pour salt, cocoa and soda into the mass and mix.
3. Remove the zest from the orange, squeeze the lemon juice, add it all to the bowl. We will immediately see the reaction, how the juice will extinguish the soda.
4. Pour in vegetable oil.
5. Add milk.
6. Add the required number of eggs to the mixture and mix well with a spoon, knead the dough.
7. Put the dough into a mold with a diameter of 22 cm.
8. We send the form to the preheated oven to 190 degrees (15 minutes).
9. After that, we lower the temperature to 170 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes.
10. We check the readiness of the pie with a toothpick or a wooden skewer. It must be dry.
11. Remove the finished cake from the oven and let it cool completely. Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
