Prepare whole products for baking bream in the oven. If the bream is frozen, then first defrost it at room temperature. Lemon cut into circles. Peel the garlic.

Sour cream - 1 tbsp.

Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.

Garlic - 1 clove

Lemon - 3 slices

2. With a sharp knife, make cuts on both sides over the entire surface of the fish.

3. Combine sour cream, tomato paste, garlic (passed through a press) and salt. Mix marinade.

4. Put lemon slices into the abdomen.

5. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Lubricate one side of the fish with the marinade first, put on a baking sheet.

6. Then grease the other side.

7. Bake the whole bream in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 30 minutes.

8. Transfer the finished fish to a plate and serve. Very tasty, tender and fragrant fish turned out.
