Everyone and always eat it with great pleasure, especially men with a glass of ice white. I found this recipe a hundred years ago on an Italian culinary website. I liked the recipe very, very much, try it on occasion, the brisket really turns out to be incredibly tasty.

Zira - 0.5 tsp

2. Rub a piece of brisket with the mixture, salt with coarse sea salt, cover with cling film, leave to marinate for at least an hour.
3. Next, put the brisket in a baking dish, send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
4. Serve the baked pork belly in a dry marinade both hot and cold. Very tasty with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
