Champignons - 400 g
Sour cream - 150 g
Cheese - 100 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Wheat flour - 3 pinches
Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. (for frying)
A mixture of Italian herbs - 1-1.5 tsp (taste)
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Sugar - 1 pinch (optional)
Sand dough tartlets - 12 pcs.

1. Fry the finely chopped onion over medium heat until golden brown, about 7-8 minutes.
2. Add finely chopped champignons and, stirring, fry for another 10-15 minutes, until the juice that the mushrooms give is almost evaporated.
3. Sprinkle the mushrooms with 3 pinches of flour, add the dried herbs and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
4. Add sour cream. Mix everything well, bring the mixture to a boil and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until thickened.
5. After turning off the heat, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. If sour cream is slightly sour in taste, you can also add 1 pinch of sugar in order to slightly balance the taste.
6. Distribute the prepared julienne among the tartlets.
7. Sprinkle each tart with grated cheese.
8. Place the julienned tartlets under the grill or in the top third of a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and browned appetizingly, and then serve.
