Sour cream - 100 g

1. Wash the zucchini and cut into quarters. Peel the skin first. You need about 500g.
2. We heat the pan with sunflower oil and spread the zucchini, pour lemon juice on top. Fry the zucchini for 5 minutes.
3. We lie onions, add to the pan to the zucchini and simmer for 10 minutes.
