Such a pizza with seafood and tofu cheese is not for everyone.

The seafood cocktail consists of shrimp, mussels, cuttlefish, squid, etc. It is desirable that the seafood be in oil, so the topping is juicier. Onions can be anything: onion yellow, white, red, and leeks are also suitable. Pizza dough is prepared according to the recipe for thin pizza or Jamie Oliver's dough, which do not contain milk and eggs. In the near future I will add a recipe for whole-grain flour dough, the taste of which is richer and, most importantly, whole-grain dough is healthier.

Ингредиенты

Assorted seafood - 200-250 grams;

Tofu cheese - 100-150 grams;

Dough - 250-300 grams;

Onions - 0.5 heads;

Tomato sauce - 1-2 tbsp. spoons;

Aromatic spices - to taste;

Garlic - optional;

Lemon juice - for serving as desired;

Vegetable oil - for a baking sheet.

1. Crush the tofu with a fork

2. Stretch the dough into a thin round cake, grease it with tomato sauce or a mixture of tomato sauce and vegetable oil that had a seafood cocktail.

3. Then spread seafood and chopped onions on the surface of the dough.

4. Sprinkle the tofu pieces over the filling.

5. Bake seafood pizza in the oven at 200-220 degrees for about 15 minutes.

6. Pizza with seafood and tofu is ready.
