Pizza is a frequent visitor to my house, usually I always bake it on Saturdays. Now I really cook a little less often, but still this dish remains one of my favorites. We have one of the most popular pizza with mushrooms and sausage, and my boys, husband and son, believe that there is never too much sausage. Usually I use 2-3 types of sausage.

Pizza is a good start to the day. You can refresh yourself with it in the morning with a cup of coffee, have a snack at lunch, take it to a picnic, to work or give your child to school. In the company of pizza, you can have fun watching an interesting movie or TV show.

Ингредиенты

Dough for 2 pizzas:

Flour - 500 g

Sugar - 1 tbsp

Salt - 1 tsp

Dry yeast - 6 g

Water - 300 ml

Olive oil - 2 tbsp

Filling:

Salami sausage - 50 g

Cooked-smoked sausage - 90 g

Hard cheese - 100 g

Fresh champignons - 200 g

Pickled mushrooms - 100 g

Onion - 1 pc.

Sunflower oil - to taste

Oregano, basil - to taste

To grease the dough:

Olive oil - 1 tbsp

Tomato sauce or paste - 1-2 tbsp

1. Sift 450 g of flour into a bowl, add sugar, salt and dry yeast. Mix ingredients.

2. Pour in warm water and olive oil. As far as possible, mix the dough with a spatula, then continue kneading with your hands

3. In the process of manual kneading, add the remaining flour. The dough should be soft and not sticky to your hands. Cover the bowl with the dough with a lid and leave for 30 minutes in a warm place. This dough is enough for two large pizzas.

4. While the dough is rising, prepare all the ingredients for the filling. I used salami sausage and boiled smoked sausage. The first was cut into slices, and the second into strips.

5. Now chop the mushrooms. I used 2 types: champignons and pickled homemade oyster mushrooms for piquancy. Cut the mushrooms into slices, quarter the onions into rings and fry them in sunflower oil, let cool. Cut oyster mushrooms into strips.

6. Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil, divide the dough in half and roll one part into a cake with your hands.

7. Grease the place with olive oil, and then with tomato paste or sauce.

8. Arrange sausage and mushrooms on top.

9. Sprinkle with oregano, basil and then grated cheese.

10. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and bake the pizza for 8-10 minutes, depending on how crispy you want the top to be.

11. Pizza with mushrooms and sausage is ready. Transfer the pizza to a plate, you can sprinkle with herbs and cut into portions.
