It will be a great addition to any meat dish. This salad goes well together: feta cheese and green peas, making it hearty, as well as lettuce leaves and beets, which bring bright colors to the dish.

Ингредиенты

Boiled beets - 1 pc.

Cheese - 100 g

Green peas - 1/2 can

lettuce leaves

Onion - 1 pc.

Greens - to taste

Refueling:

Honey or maple syrup - 1 tsp,

Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Soy sauce -1 tbsp.

Olive oil - 2 tbsp

1. Peel and cut the beets into cubes. Sprinkle lightly with lemon juice.

2. Cut the onion into half rings and rinse with water from excessive bitterness. Pepper a little.

3. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving platter in random order.

4. Top with beets and onions.

5. Then peas and cheese. Pour the dressing over the salad, for which mix all the ingredients. And you can submit!
