If you love beetroot, then you will love this recipe. I suggest cooking baked beets. This dish is a great addition to a homemade lunch or dinner. For cooking, we need beets with a sweetish taste, medium in size, dense to the touch. Use, preferably, warm and with sour cream.

To cook beets baked in the oven in foil, take the following products: beets, sour cream, hard cheese, salt, ground black pepper, parsley, butter.

Beets - 400 grams

Sour cream - 65 grams

Hard cheese - 35 grams

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Parsley - 2 sprigs

Butter - 10 grams

1. Rinse the beets well and dry them. Wrap tightly in foil. Send to bake in the oven until cooked. This will take approximately one hour. Check with a wooden skewer. If the vegetable is easily pierced, then the beets are ready.

2. Cool the beets, peel them. Remove the core with a knife. Grease a baking dish with butter. Put in the vegetables. Salt and pepper.

3. Add sour cream to each recess.

4. Top with grated hard cheese. Send to a hot oven at 180-200 degrees, until the cheese is melted.

5. Beets baked in the oven in foil are ready. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

6. Serve to the table.
