Today I will offer you a very tasty and completely easy-to-cook dish - fried rice with squid and egg. I cook it very often, mostly when I need to dispose of yesterday's rice. In Indonesia, by the way, such rice is cooked for breakfast and, in addition to rice and eggs, either shrimp, or squid, or chicken are used.
This dish is best cooked in a wok or deep skillet.
We will prepare all the products according to the list. Rice should be boiled and cold. If you have yesterday's rice, you are lucky, and if not, then you are less lucky, you will have to spend time boiling the rice and then cooling it. Rice is better to take long-grain.
Fried rice with squid and egg

Boiled rice - 300 g
Squid - 200 g
Egg - 2 pcs.
Soy sauce - 1-2 tbsp.
Green onion - 2-3 feathers
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the squid pieces for 4-5 minutes.
3. When the liquid that the squids release has evaporated, add the eggs.
4. Fry eggs and squid, stirring, for 5-7 minutes, until the egg is fried.
5. Add boiled rice. Fry it, stirring, for 5-7 minutes, so that the rice warms up.
6. Cut the green onion into small strips and add to the pan with the rice.
7. At the very end, pour in the soy sauce, mix the rice again and simmer for a couple more minutes.
8. Fried rice with squid and egg is ready. Fast, tasty and healthy!
