Sugar - 1 tbsp.

Egg - 2 pcs.

Semolina - 1 tbsp.

Salt - a pinch

Cinnamon - to taste

1. In a blender bowl, combine cottage cheese, yolks, semolina and cinnamon.

2. Beat with a blender until smooth.

3. In a separate bowl, combine the proteins with salt. Beat with a mixer until an airy white mass is formed.

4. Then add sugar and beat until stable peaks are obtained.

5. We combine the curd and protein parts.

6. Gently mix until smooth so that the proteins do not fall off.

7. We lay out the mass in silicone molds and put in the oven. We bake at a temperature of 180 degrees from 25 to 40 minutes, depending on the oven.
