It would seem that it could be easier than an omelette for breakfast! I agree, an omelette is both quick and satisfying, and very tasty! Perhaps that is why the French prepare a huge variety of omelettes - both sweet and savory. Today I want to share a recipe for a very juicy French omelette with zucchini, which I cook very often for my family, once I tried it in Alsace.
French omelet with zucchini

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Zucchini - 1 pc. (small) (70-80 g)
Flour - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

1. Prepare the products for making an omelette. You should choose a young zucchini. Vegetable oil can be replaced with butter, you can add to an omelette and a couple of tablespoons of cream or milk, if desired. The number of products is indicated for 1 serving.
2. If the zucchini is not young and has a rough skin, remove it first. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater.
3. Put the zucchini pulp in a bowl, add the eggs.
4. Salt and pepper the omelette mass.
5. Add flour to the bowl.
6. Mix well with a fork all the ingredients of the omelet mixture.
7. Put a non-stick pan on the fire and heat the oil on it. You can use butter, you can take vegetable. Pour the omelet mass into the pan, reduce the heat to a minimum.
8. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the omelette on one side for 5-6 minutes.
9. The omelet will look like this, slightly increased in size.
10. Gently turn the omelette over to the second side. Cover the pan with a lid again and cook the omelette for another 5 minutes.
11. Serve the finished French omelette with zucchini hot with sour cream and fresh vegetables.
