I used to come across dry lavender flowers only in online stores or fresh ones - in the beds, in the flower beds. Now I noticed that private tea shops and salons, along with various types of tea leaves, began to bring and sell this fragrant herb by weight. It is not cheap ... but I buy 25-30 grams each - this is a decent amount, almost a glass.
Tea with Hibiscus and Lavender

Hibiscus - 1-1.5 tablespoons
Lavender flowers - 1-2 tsp
Boiling water - 0.4-0.5 l
Sugar or honey to taste - about 2 tablespoons

1. Boil water. Measure out the desired number of hibiscus petals and lavender flowers.
2. Fill them with hot water, almost boiling water.
3. Let it brew for five minutes. Add sugar and/or honey to taste. Serve hibiscus lavender tea hot, or chill and serve as a cold drink.
