Lavash potato and mushroom rolls

Ингредиенты

Lavash - 200 g

Potato - 500 g

Champignons - 300 g

Decoction (potato) - 50 ml

Parsley - 1 bunch

Onion - 1 pc.

Garlic - 4 cloves

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - for frying

1. Peel the potatoes, chop them, cover with water and boil until tender in salted water. Drain the water, leaving 50 ml of broth for puree. Mash potatoes in mashed potatoes, adding broth.

2. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms and onions until golden brown. At the end, salt and pepper the mushrooms with onions.

3. Add mushrooms to mashed potatoes and mix thoroughly.

4. Chop the parsley and garlic, also add them to the mashed potatoes.

5. Thoroughly mix the whole mass and divide into 2 parts.

6. Spread a sheet of pita bread on the table and grease it with one half of the puree.

7. Cover with a second sheet of pita bread, brush with the remaining mashed potatoes and wrap along the long side.

8. Cut pita bread into pieces 1.5-2 cm thick.

9. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put pita bread rolls in it and fry until golden brown.

10. Then turn the rolls over and fry on the other side.

11. Serve fried potato-mushroom rolls from pita bread to the table immediately. It turns out very tasty.
