2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into quarter rings or half rings.
3. Lightly sprinkle the baking dish with sunflower oil. We spread onions and carrots, on top of vegetables - pieces of pork, on top of pork - potatoes, peeled and cut into plates. Salt the layers, pepper to taste. Cover with foil. We put the pork with potatoes in the oven for 30-50 minutes (I baked at 190 ° C, but I recommend that you focus on the features of YOUR oven). It all depends on what kind of potato. It happens that everything is ready in half an hour, and sometimes an hour is not enough.
4. Then we take out the form. Lubricate potatoes with mayonnaise. And bake another 15-20 minutes.
