Ингредиенты

Carrot - 300 g

Daikon - 500 g

Water - 500 ml

Rice / white wine vinegar - 50 ml

Sugar - 2 tbsp. (50 g)

Salt - 1.5 tbsp (45 g)

Рецепт

1. We rub the peeled carrots and daikon on a grater or straw mode, only very thinly.

2. Mix the ingredients and place in a sealed container. We try to stack carefully so as not to spoil the integrity of the product.

3. In a saucepan, mix: water, sugar, salt and rice vinegar. Stir and do not bring to a boil, pour hot marinade over our vegetables.

4. It is necessary to wait until everything cools down and then hermetically close the container and place in the refrigerator for 3 days. Marinade impregnates vegetables and saturates with taste.

5. Ready-made appetizer can be stored for 2-3 weeks.
