Garlic - 5 cloves
Table mustard - 2 tbsp.
Salt - 1.5 tbsp.
Ground pepper - 1 tsp

1. Rinse the pork and dry it with a paper towel, make a few punctures with a knife, but not completely.
2. Peel the garlic, cut lengthwise and insert into each puncture.
3. Rub well on all sides with mustard, salt, pepper and pork spices.
4. Lightly massage the meat so that the spices are evenly distributed.
5. Put in a baking sleeve and tie the edges on top, or wrap in several layers of cling film. Place in refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
6. Place in the pan with the tie on top - it is important that water does not penetrate into the bag during cooking. Cover with water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer the pork for about 2 hours.
7. Remove the finished boiled pork from the pan. Without removing from the sleeve, cool completely, put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Then cut the boiled pork pork with a sharp knife and serve with mustard or horseradish.
