Anzac cookies have their own little history. As far back as the First World War, women sent goodies to their husbands. And one of them is the Anzac cookie. It is very crispy and easy to transport. Reminds a little of oatmeal, but has a taste difference. Why is the dish considered Australian, because even today, it is a very popular dish among local housewives. It is tasty and nutritious.

Wheat flour - 100 g

Oat flakes - 100 g

Coconut flakes - 65 g

Sugar - 100 g

Honey - 1 tbsp.

Butter - 100 g

Soda - 1.5 tsp

Water - 2 tablespoons

1. Prepare a bowl and mix all dry ingredients: flour, oatmeal, coconut.

2. Gradually stirring, add sugar and mix well all the contents.

3. Melt the butter and honey and pour into the dry mass.

4. Add water and knead the mass well to make a crumb.

5. We form any shape, you can make balls and flatten them or already mold them under molds. The dough will crumble, but that's what we need.

6. Put everything on a baking sheet and send it to a preheated oven (170 degrees) for 20 minutes.

7. We take out the cookies from the oven and leave to cool. Only after that we transfer it to a basket or jar.
