This soy marinade is recommended for pork and chicken meat. True, tomato juice is ideally prepared from fresh tomatoes, but I used ready-made purchased juice.
As spices, I took black and allspice, their taste is higher if they are freshly ground. You can either grind it in a mortar or simply crush it with something flat, for example, a metal mug with a flat bottom.
Vegetable oil is usually added to the marinade for lean meat, and also to better absorb the spices.

2. Pour soy sauce and tomato juice into the prepared ingredients.
