Water - 300-400 ml

Pine nuts - 10-20 pcs.

Sugar honey - to taste

Fresh mint - 4-6 leaves

Lemon - to taste

1. Tea can be both black and green, necessarily large-leaf.

2. Add pine nuts at your discretion. It will be enough in the region of 5-10 nuts for taste and aroma.

3. Pour the required amount of water into the drink container and boil for 3-4 minutes.

4. Crush the nuts a little, the nuts release oil from the pressure. It is advisable to choose fresh nuts so that there is a lot of oil.

5. Put a few pine nuts and mint leaves on the bottom of the cup.

6. Pour the finished and slightly chilled tea into glasses.

7. Traditionally, tea is served at a temperature of 80 degrees. This is worth the wait!
