Sweets prepared at home are always very popular among the sweet tooth. Indeed, for homemade delicacies, you always choose the highest quality and healthy products, which means that the result is gorgeous. Today I'll show you how to make candy from three ingredients, namely: dark chocolate, almonds and dried prunes. As you can see, we will not add any additional sweeteners, and, in my opinion, this is a big plus, our body does not need an extra portion of sugar.

Dark chocolate - 100 g
Prunes - 200 g
Almonds - 40 g

1. Wash the prunes under cold running water, dry them and put them in a bowl together with the almonds.
2. We will kill dried fruits with nuts with a blender or pass through a fine sieve of a meat grinder.
3. Roll the balls of the desired size from the minced meat. To prevent the mass from sticking to your hands, it is better to work with gloves or periodically moisten your palms with water.
4. In the meantime, break the chocolate bar into pieces, put it in a bowl and send it to a water bath, so that the bottom of the container does not touch the water. Stirring with a silicone spatula, melt the chocolate until liquid.
5. Using a wooden skewer or fork, dip the balls into the chocolate. The blanks must be covered with it on all sides (as in the photo).
6. Then we put our sweets on a cutting board covered with foil and send them to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
7. That's it, homemade chocolate-covered prunes with almonds are ready for tasting.
8. Put them on a beautiful dish and serve on the table with a cup of aromatic tea or coffee.
